Come and see Critter’s on Thursday night and plant trees on Sunday
Banks Street Reserve Planting – This event is will be held on Sunday 15th October and is a follow up weeding and planting from our National Tree Day event.
Bring the family and come along for a great day out along Enoggera Creek. See how your plants have grown since National Tree Day.
The planting is at Banks Street Reserve, Newmarket, with the site entrance off Quandong Street, Newmarket. The planting site is the same as last time.
Wear covered shoes, hat sunscreen. Bring water and gloves if you have them.

Marsupial presentation by Martin Fingland – On Thursday 12th October, Martin Fingland from Geckoes wildlife will be providing SOWN members with an informal yet informative presentation about Australia’s diverse marsupials.
Martin will present for an hour on the various marsupials of the Enoggera Creek Catchment and further afield, their quirky adaptations and conservations status.
This is a family event and would be great for the kids.
Presentation from 6.00 to 7.15 at Nullagundie Hall, The Gap (See directions below) with wine and nibbles after.
