Pangela Springs is located on a small tributary of Fish Creek opposite the junction of Eppalong Street and Chaprowe Road, The Gap. This area of unassigned State land was heavily weed-infested and, if left untreated, would continue to impact the surrounding bushcare sites.
Experienced bushcare leader Glenys Carlson established Pangela Springs bushcare group to address this problem area. One of the first projects was to obtain funding for the removal and mulching of several large Chinese elms.
