Nomination Form for SOWN Offices
We hope you have noted in your diary that the SOWN Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 9 December at 4.00 pm at Twahamwe Cottage, 57 Paten Road, The Gap.
If you wish to nominate for a SOWN office or as a management committee member, please do so on the form attached below before Saturday 25 November 2017. Completed forms can be emailed or posted to SOWN at the addresses at the bottom of this email or handed in at the nursery.
All members and friends are invited to attend the AGM. Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
Ferns of the Rainforest Workshop
Rough Maidenhair Fern
You are invited to join BRAIN (Brisbane Rainforest Action & Information Network) and fern expert, Peter Bostock, for a one-day workshop on Ferns of the Rainforest.
When: Sunday 12 November 2017
Time: 10.00 am (all day)
Where: Mt Nebo Community Hall
Cost: $44 (incl GST) Includes morning tea and a light lunch
The day will commence with an information session presented by Peter in the morning. After lunch participants will join Peter and BRAIN for a field excursion to Manorina and the Thylogale Track.
