The Lower Brisbane Catchment Story Map tells the story of our wider catchment in interactive maps and images. SOWN cares for the Enoggera/ Breakfast Creek catchment which is a sub-catchment of the lower Brisbane River.
This story map was prepared by the Queensland Wetlands Program in the Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage Protection in collaboration with local partners.
You can scroll through the Lower Brisbane Catchment Story Map to learn more about other sub-catchments and the Enoggera/ Breakfast Creek catchment and zoom in and out of the maps to learn about the geology, land uses, vegetation, waterways and wetlands.
The Enoggera/ Breakfast Creek catchment has its own section with maps and photos. These maps show the remnant rainforests and scrubs along Enoggera Creek that SOWN is studying in our Protect The Gap Rainforest Project.
