Eildon Hill is the site of a reservoir providing water to the local community. Prior to the construction of the reservoir in the 1930s, the hill was a rocky outcrop. It is now covered in bushland with a mixture of native plants and weed varieties, including Cat’s Claw. It is a popular site for locals and has a great view over the city.
Eildon Hill is a SOWN bushcare group. It is located at 109 Hawdon St, Windsor. The group commenced their first working bee in November 2025. The group meets at 6.30am on the third Saturday of every month.
