Common Ellipsidion Ellipsidion humerale is a beautiful cockroach common in Brisbane, northern parts of Australia including North Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia as well at New Guinea. Brisbane Insects says, “This is a small size cockroach. Body is orange-brown in colours with white patterns. The bottom of its abdomen is black with white strips. There is also a white line between its thorax and its wings.” It is widespread and highly variable.
