Group convenors: Helen Fallding, Adam McGrath and Brendan McIntyre
The Crosby Road Bushcare Group works on a patch of bush at Bartley’s Hill in Ascot and a strip in Hamilton. The area has been preserved because of its proximity to the Bartley’s Hill reservoir.
The bushcare group was formed in May 2017. There is a working bee on the first Saturday of most months, starting at 7 am. The work to date has been the gradual removal of weeds and replacement by natives.
This is a Habitat Brisbane group supported by Brisbane City Council.
